Old Republic is a game created by Bioware for the Starwars franchise, but a time period before the movie storyline. Knights of the Old Republic is the actual name and this game was definitely a great game not only because most Starwars based games are terrible, but this one was exceptional because it gave the the player options of how to play the game and also provided different endings based on how you played the game morally speaking. You could just to be a force of good or a force of evil and your actions also influenced your available interactions with people from the regular people to people you team up with. It was ground breaking in how well this “choose your own adventure” formula was carried out and how actually fun it was.
I hope this next installment is as good as its predecessors.
I really don’t like it when two people are just standing there talking without any action, unless of course no action and no change from panel to panel is on purpose. I want to try to influence a reader’s response through color and action/positioning. Am I doing it successfully? I want to finish the image and not get too bogged down in the theory because the practice of designing something never gets to start when you “think” about it too long. Sometimes the thinking process really needs to be limited to get work done especially when you have deadlines.
If the dialogue doesn’t get a response from you outside of confusion at least I hope the image gets a rise out of you, well maybe not a tent pitching response… the image maybe get a smirk out of you.
